- Create, maintain, and develop all quality assurance policies and procedures
- Prepare, implement, and develop the quality plan and its objectives
- Ensuring that the whole management system applied and continual improvement
- Prepare and implement regular internal audit plans.
- Build internal auditing teams and coaching them.
- Collect, compile and present statistical quality data .
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues the determine its root causes and how to solve and develop.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify training needs to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and support on site audit conducted by external providers
- Monitor risk management activities.
- Coordinating, making on site supplier evaluation and participate in supplier selection process.
Requirement:-
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Certified in quality auditing.
- Strong knowledge in Six Sigma, and ISO Standards.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Leadership and and presentation skills.
- Excellent team work player.
- Well planned and organized
