Sales Coordinator ( Job Code : SE-C0402)

Job Description:-

– Handle all incoming and outgoing sales correspondences
– Filing and securing the confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
– Receive and handle sales telephone calls, messages, faxes, letters, and documents
– Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for all orders, customers, and projects
– Writing, scanning, copying, and handling sales documents and files
– Facilitate internal and external sales communication
– Viewing the newspapers and the public news to select any data regarding to the group and escalate it
– Follow up the production and delivery plans with other departments to ensure delivering the customers on time
– Preparing weekly sales reports including order received, backlog, quotation registration, and available finish good
– Create and maintain customers and consultants database
– Prepare tenders and offers documents
– Gathering visit reports from the sales teams and create weekly report for these visits
– Determine and calculate the required L/Gs and request and follow up its releasing with the financial department

Qualifications:-

– Bachelor Degree
– 1 year of Experience in Sales or in administrative role.
– Excellent in English
