Sales Support Engineer ( Job Code : SE-A0509 )

Job Description:-

– Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services
– Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
– Provide pre-sales technical assistance, approvals and product training
– Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
– Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
– Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
– provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team
– Prepare weekly visit reports
– Answering RFQ, clarifications, and customers requests in the shortest time
– Organizing and doing regular consultants and customers visits
– Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
– Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to complete the deal
– Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and events
– Follow up customers, offers, and products delivery
– Ensure the Customer satisfaction
– Follow filing and archiving system
– Receive and record sales orders after collecting the down payment
– Support the financial department to accelerate delivery and collection processes

Qualifications:-

– Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering 5 years of Experience in Sales
– 1 year of Experience in Sales
– Fluent in English
